Ministers Maryam Shiuna, Malsha Shareef, and Abdulla Mahzoom Majid have now been suspended from their ministerial posts owing to their dirty remarks on India and PM Narendra Modi.

Maldives minister Abdulla Mahzoom Majid ill-commented on social media that India is targeting the Maldives explicitly, and this attempt does not seem diplomatic at all.
Mahzoom Majid also added that India lacks adequate beach tourism facilities, and the Maldives’ infrastructure of resorts exceeds India’s total islands.
Maldives’ now suspended minister, Mariyam Shiuna, who has been facing immense heated backlash and repercussions, had called PM Narendra Modi a clown as well as a puppet of Israel on X. Soon after facing the backlash, Mariyam Shiuna deleted her post on X.
