This is the story of an unended legacy Mr. Prem Path Kohli was a criminal lawyer and his mother, Sarah Kohli, served as a housewife. Mr and Mrs Kohli have 3 children; he was the youngest son.From his childhood, he has loved playing cricket.
From the age of 9, he started playing cricket, and he instantly fell in love with the sport. He continued playing the game, and he became better and better as time passed . And then he started playing tournaments and local matches Soon he caught the eyes of selectors , and he got selected for Delhi under 15 team, playing 11.
With his great performance, he got selected for the Indian under 19 team. He first debuted for India in 2008 as the captain of the Indian team. And he never disappointed his team and his nation for the first time he was playing international cricket and that was also not any regular or normal cricketing league; its was the Under-19 World Cup, where the best youngsters were playing all over the world . and guess what? He lifted the under-19 World world cup trophy with a glorious victory against South Africa .
THIS WAS JUST THE BEGINNING August 2008: INDIA vs SRI LANKA Virat doesn’t have done much in his international debut; he only scored 12 of 22 balls.Things were hard at first As a youngster, he was under pressure and playing international-level of game for the first time in front of the finest bowlers and players.
Virat scored zero centuries in his debut year; the most runs scored by him was only 54. Then 2 and a half centuries till 2009 but right on December 24, 2009, he scored his international century on Eden Gardens, scoring 107 runs in front of the same team with whom he started his international career.
He never forgets anything. In 2008, he signed with the Indian Premier League for around $300,000. As the days go by, he improves himself as much as he can, plays really well, scores a lot of runs, and proves his worthiness. Slowly, the team as well as the country realize that he will become the upcoming superstar and the face of Indian cricket .
Virat played a key role in the lifting of the world cup and the ICC champions trophy . Now its India vs Pakistan 2012… Virat scored his highest total runs, 183 . He was the hero of the match . All the eyes that that witnessed greatness looked like . And this was not any regular ODI match; it was the Asia Cup, and Vivian was the vice captain in the Indian team . In 2015, Virat became the captain of the Indian test cricket team under the mentorship of Ms Dhoni .Later in 2017, Virat became the captain of Indian cricket team in all formats .
Under the captaincy of Virat Kohli, India won ICC test three consecutive times . He was also honored with the name “Run Machine. Because of his brilliant performance.As we know, bad time come in everyone’s life. Everything was going great until 2021.
Virat stepped down from his captaincy because he doesn’t want to lead the team as a captain in the t20s and the selectors told him That he should leave the entire captaincy because it will be difficult for the team to have different captains in different formats so he left the captaincy of every format of white-ball cricket .
Now it was again India vs Pakistan On October 23, 2022, world T20 160 was the target Pakistan have done first batting. Then India came for batting and the wickets were constantly falling apart. Everyone was just thinking that this is the end but Virat was still there on crease. And all the fans were only depended on Virat Kohli. And as everyone knows, VIRAT HAI TO MUMKIN HAI .
That exactly happened Virat Kohli snatched the match from the opposition team. He played the greatest knock of his entire career and it’s not a century, not a double century , but the inning consists of the most precious 82 runs, which led the team in the path of victory . The roller were silent the fans were very happy . whole team India was very happy; all the Indians were happy and also the cricket fans were stunned after this performance .Now without any doubt the fans the players everyone accepted that.
