Reliance Industries Limited has never failed to surprise us with its sudden launches in the field of communication and technology. It put an end to the apprehension of every Jio fan finally yesterday as it set the Indian market for laptops on fire with the launch of its Reliance JioBook in India on Monday, 31st of July in this year. Fans are all going gaga over it and have queued up before Reliance retail shops in an attempt to have the first taste of it.

Design and Display Features

The laptop is priced at 16,499 rupees and is quite friendly with the pocket as it provides a lot of beautiful features in one package. It has quite several impressive features that are available at quite a competitive point of price. It has a sleek and modern design with a lightweight and compact build that enables the user to carry it anywhere he or she wants it to carry. It boasts an 11.6 inches anti-glare high definition (HD) display that is sufficiently comfortable for the eyes and can be used for a longer period without exerting too much pressure on the eye. However, the screen has got thick bezels around it that give it an old computer frame look. It has a 14 inches high definition (HD) display that offers the pleasure of visuals that are vibrant and a viewing experience that could be both satiating as well as immersive for the users. These features that are combined with the thick bezels and the low screen-to-body ratio enhance the aesthetic appeal of the device and makes it the point to draw buyers to pre-order it.

The Power of Performance

The JioBook laptop is powered with the help of an entry-level Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor that enables the carrying out of a smooth performance without hassles and multitasking on the laptop at the same time. It is set to function on the custom Jio OS that is likely to be functioning on the operating system of Android. Reliance manufacturers say that it has been specially designed such as that of a personal computer (pc) to help in minimizing the learning curve for the users. The Jio OS comes packed with a lot of features such as support for apps that are made in India, a display that could be extended and touchpad facilities. The JioBook laptop also comes packed with a little more than 75 shortcuts, an 8-hour+ longevity of the battery, clear and audible stereo speakers, a big touchpad and infinity keyboards. The laptop is powered by Mediatek MT 8788 Octa Core/2.0 GHz/ ARM V8-A 64-bit, 4GB LPD Random Access Memory (RAM) and a storage facility of 64 gigabytes (gb). This storage could be easily expanded up to 256 gigabytes (gb) with the help of the slot of a micro SD card. The featuring of hardware and software together makes sure of a user experience that is seamless that is coupled with optimized performance and the least hackle.

The Power-Packed Performance

With more than 8 hours long performance, the Reliance JioBook is compatible with smooth 4G LTE connectivity of the internet. There is much less buffering that helps the users to remain constantly connected on the go. It also has options for several other connectivity features. One problem could be that the users will be required to activate the SIM card separately with the help of the Jio website or the My Jio application on their mobile phones. Alongside these features, the JioBook laptop comes packed with a dual-band wireless fidelity network system (Wi-Fi network system) of 2.4 gigahertz (GHz) and 5 gigahertz (GHz) out of the box. Various other features for entertainment such as the Jio TV and the Jio Games are also available on the system for the users to enjoy.

Software Ecosystem and Connectivity

The Reliance JioBook is expected to be packed with a different range of applications that provide the users access to a vast ecosystem of software. This includes various applications such as Jio Meet for arranging calls in the video conference medium, Jio Cinema for visual entertainment and Jio Saavn for auditory relaxation with its vast collection of music streaming. On top of this, the device is sure to support a lot of other activities that enhance its usability and versatility more and more.

Something with the Price

The Reliance JioBook laptop has been launched at a price of just 16,499 rupees for its users. This price is quite pocketing-friendly for them to afford easily. This could ever be the lowest price in, which laptops have been made available in the market. If someone wonders, why has such a low price been chosen then it is said that the laptops have been manufactured keeping majorly the students in mind and so the price has been kept at the lowest minimum so that they can easily afford it for their academic purposes.

Thus, one should hurry to grab their hands over it as fast as possible to not miss the opportunity of being the first and foremost user of the game-changing device. The proper and fully fledged selling of the device would begin from the 5th of August this year and already pre-booking orders have started flowing in over online buying platforms. From the 5th of August, this device is going to be available on Amazon and Reliance Digital in both online and offline mediums. However, one thing that would probably disappoint the buyers is that the device would be available only in Reliance stores and not Jio stores as it is a product by Reliance Retails and not Jio exclusively. Thus, it is time to go for the piece of cheese that awaits us eagerly in the market and one must not miss the opportunity to be the first one to taste it.
