- Fresh coriander paste, 2 cup
- Onion: 3 large
- Tomatoes: 2 large
- Garlic: 2 whole

- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Coriander Powder, 2 tablespoon
- Cumin Powder: 1 tablespoon
- Garam-Masala, 1 tablespoon
- Salt, as per the taste
- Oil: 3-4 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice, 1 tablespoon

INSTRUCTIONS
MARINATE THE CHICKEN FOR CORIANDER CHICKEN
Take a bowl and combine the chicken pieces with yogurt, lime juice, and coriander paste (the main ingredient), then add salt as per taste and mix it well. Marinate it for at least 30 minutes.
PREPARE THE BASE
Take a pan Add 4 tablespoon of oil, then heat the oil. Then add some finely chopped onions and cook them until they are golden brown.
ADD AROMATICS
When the onion turns golden brown, add chopped tomatoes, ginger , garlic paste and green chili paste as well . Saute it for few minutes until the raw smell of ginger and garlic goes away
ADD SPICES
Add coriander powder, cumin powder and little salt , then cook them until the oil gets separated from the mixture . This recipe is cooked in very little spice .
ADD MARINATED CHICKEN
Add the marinated chicken to the mixture . Mix well with the mixture of gravy and spices . Then cover it and cook the chicken for 20–25 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
ADD GARAM-MASALA
When the chicken is cooked, sprinkle some garam masala into it, mix it well, cover it, and turn off the heat.
GARNISH AND SERVE
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves on the top . Serve it with hot rice, roti, or naan, as per your choice.
