Three big eggs (separated)
50 g Powdered sugar
1 cup (240 ml) thick cream
2 tablespoons (28 grams) unsalted butter

PREPARATION

Step 1

Get the ingredients ready

Divide the eggs, putting the whites in a different bowl and the yolks in a separate one. Make sure the eggs are at room temperature.

Step : 2

Melt the Chocolate

Then, divide the chocolate mixture into three parts and fold in the beaten egg whites. To keep the mousse airy, handle it gently .

 

Step : 7

Chill / Rest the mixtures

Put the mousse into individual glasses or serving dishes . Place in the fridge until set, preferably for two hours.
