HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE

- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups milk—you can also use buttermilk.

- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup of butter, which is around 226 grams at room temperature.

How to make sweet chocolate cake
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180° C for at least 15 minutes and grease the pan with flour.
Step 2: Combine the dry ingredients. First, you need to take a mixing bowl to mix all the ingredients, like sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Then mix them all together.
Step 3: Mix in the wet ingredients: Take another large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Then add the boiled water.
Step 4: Mix wet and dry ingredients: Now you need to add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix them all together.
Step 5: Mix all the ingredients on medium speed with an electric mixer until well combined.
Step 6: Make the cake moist. This perfect combination of milk, oil, and boiling water makes this cake moist. If you want to make the cake chocolatier, then you can add more cocoa powder to it.
Now you need to add boiling hot water, but make sure the water is very hot and whisk until all the water is absorbed by the batter. The batter should be runny at this stage.
