Since I have shared many recipes for spicy and non-spicy foods with you,. But the recipe that I will share with you today is mainly for kids. So today I am going to share with you a recipe for how to make grilled chicken with sauteed vegetables. Grilled chicken is a hearty and healthy diet because it is low in saturated fat and high in protein.

Every mother is very health-conscious about their children. For the good health of their children, every mother wants to feed them the best things so that they can get an adequate amount of vitamins, minerals, and protein. If kids don’t like to eat vegetables, make this recipe once; they will eat it well, and you can prepare this as a good tiffin for your children. So today I am going to share a very tasty and healthy recipe that is high in protein and vitamins and has a high nutritional value.

There are so many health benefits to adding chicken to the dietary needs of children of all ages. It is quite the superfood to ensure proper growth. While milk, eggs, and meat are good sources of protein, parents are also recommended to include chicken in a child’s diet. Dishes like grilled chicken are particularly healthy, as they contain solid protein.

Now I will tell you what ingredients to use for this recipe.

 

 

INGREDIENTS

Chicken: boneless chicken breast slices, 300 grams.
1/2 cup dried basil crumbled.
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
1/2 cup curd to marinate the chicken.
2 teaspoons of olive oil.
3–4 teaspoons of butter.
Oregano.
Chili flakes.
Fresh parsley.
1/2 cup onion.
Mushroom.
1 small red bell pepper.
1 small-size capsicum.
1 small yellow bell pepper.
1 small piece of broccoli.
1 cup sweet baby corn.

If you want, you can add more vegetables as per your choice.

PREPARATION

Firstly, you need to marinate the chicken. The marinade is super simple. Here, I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts because they cook very quickly.
Marinade: To marinate the chicken, take a bowl and add the chicken, lemon juice, curd, ginger garlic paste, oregano, chili flakes, black pepper, rosemary, fresh parsley, and salt as per taste. Then keep it aside for 30 minutes.

How to grill the chicken?

  • Preheat your grill in a grill pan on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Place the marinated chicken pieces on the grill and allow them to cook for 4-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness.
  • Then flip the chicken pieces 3–4 times until they get brown.

Cook the vegetables or sauté vegetables: Now it’s time to cook the vegetables.

  • First, you need to boil all the vegetables. Once the vegetables are properly boiled, keep them aside.
  • Then take a pan, add butter or oil, add chopped garlic, chopped onion, and capsicum, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add all the boiled vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes on a high flame. Once the vegetables are cooked, add chili flakes and oregano.
  • Then take another pan, add butter, chopped garlic, and lemon juice.
  • Then add the grilled chicken and sauté vegetables. Saute for 2 minutes.

Now your tasty, healthy grilled chicken with sauteed vegetables are ready to serve.

 

 

NOTES

Vegetables amounts are just a guide; use as much or as little as you wish. Also, feel free to swap out vegetables you prefer.
