STEP -1
Before start cooking, wash the chicken and cut the veggies like capsicum and red, yellow bell pepper and keep aside.

Take a large bowl and add chicken and all the spices like 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/4 black pepper, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and leave it for marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Now take a large pan, add sunflower oil. Then add a large onion finely chopped, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 chopped green chilli and fry for 5 minutes until it turns brown.
STEP -4
Heat another pan fry coriander powder, cumin powder and turmeric powder with oil for a minute. Then add 1/2 cup of tomato puree, salt as per taste and add the onion mixture. Then add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 10-15 minutes and wait for smooth consistency.
STEP -5
Heat another pan, add vegetable oil and add the marinated chicken and stir for 2 minutes. Then low the heat and add diced, layer separated onion , red, yellow bell pepper, capsicum and finely chopped green chillies, stir until the onions soften.
STEP -6
Now it’s time to add the sauce which is prepared before in the cooked chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
STEP -7
Add 1 teaspoon garam masala and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
