INTRODUCTION

Chicken Wings is one of the tastiest part of the chicken as it is having bones into it and also because after cooking the chicken wings it becomes very juicy if cooked properly. Today you are going to learn about the process of making juiciest fried Chicken Wings ever, tossed in a secret Red Sauce which I am going to share, and the interesting part of this dish is that it can be served as a starter at any party or any event.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE MARINATION OF CHICKEN WINGS

  • Chicken Wings 200 grams
  • Two teaspoon of Garlic paste
  • Two teaspoon of Ginger paste
  • One tablespoon of Black pepper
  • One cup of oil
  • One teaspoon of Soya-sauce
  • One of tablespoon of MSG
  • One teaspoon of chili paste
  • Two tablespoons of cornflour
  • Two tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • One whole egg
  • Red Chili Powder 1 table spoon
  • Paprika powder 1 table spoon
  • 1 cup of water

PROCESS OF MAKING CHICKEN WINGS

The Chicken Wings are fried in deep oil, and after that it is tossed in a red sauce. Actually the red sauce is called Barbeque sauce but its actually not very easy to make or all the ingredients are always not available so that’s the reason am going to share another recipe of red sauce am going to share which is going to be a very unique recipe and also very tasty at the same time.

The steps are as follows:

  • Take a bowl, put the Chicken Wings into it, now add ginger paste, garlic paste, salt as per taste, then add soya sauce, add MSG, a whole egg, chili paste, black pepper and 1 table spoon of oil. Mix it all together and keep it aside maximum for 2 hours or minimum at least 10 minutes.
  • Now take a plate put all-purpose flour and cornflour and mix it together.
  • After 2 hours take the Chicken Wings one by one and then coat it with the mixed flour and cornflour and then dust off the excess flour.
  • Now transfer the cup of water into a bowl. After that put the Chicken Wings coated with flour into the water then take it off and again coat it with the flour. Follow this process with every pieces of the chicken and keep it aside.
  • Now take a pan for deep frying and heat it.
  • After heating the pan, put refined oil into it and when the is hot enough for deep frying put the Chicken Wings one by one.
  • Now you have to fry them on a low medium flame, and then drain out the excess oil in the pan.
  • Now fry those Chicken Wings one by one and put them on a tissue paper. The tissue paper will actually work here to soak the extra oil.

Your Fried Chicken Wings are ready to eat. Now I am going to share the recipe of red sauce and its very easy to make.

RECIPE OF RED SAUCE

  • Now first of all take a pan and heat it.
  • After heating the pan put 2 tablespoon of refined oil, add 2 table spoon of garlic, 2 table spoon of ginger, 3 table spoon of tomato ketchup, 2 table spoon of soya sauce, 2 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 3 table spoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon MSG, salt as per taste, vinegar 1 teaspoon, chilli flakes 1 teaspoon. Now saute that for once, then add the Chicken Wings and mix with that.
  • Now add just two table spoon of water and again saute that.

Your Chicken Wings saute in Red sauce is ready, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds (optional) and serve it hot.

IMPORTANT TIPS:

  • You can also enjoy the Fried Chicken Wings with mayonnaise or mustard sauce.
  • If you want to have Fried Chicken Wings only and want more crispier version of that, you can simply use bread crumbs in place of flour, and coat them as mentioned above.
  • In place of sesame seeds you can also use coriander stems; it will give a freshness to the recipe.
  • Be careful during adding the salt because there you are adding soya sauce and in soya sauce salt is already there, so be a bit careful.
