What are the planning of the great Virat Ramayana Mandir?

The construction work of the monumental project of Virat Ramayan Mandir, is the world’s largest temple,  once it built it will be the world’s largest Ramayan temple, began on June 20  which will be near Kesariya in Bihar’s East Champaran district. It has twelve domes, and the tallest rising is 270 feet and the second structure will be 198 feet. This temple is taller than the Cambodian temple of the Chola era. After a long wait of about ten years, the construction of the world-class temple began on Tuesday with a prayer to Lord Vishvkarma. As the locals gathered there to watch the event chanting Jai Sri Ram and Jai Hanumanji with more than 200 workers began piling the 3,001 pillars underground with the help of heavy machinery. The overall dimensions of the temple are estimated to be 2,800 feet long, 1,400 feet wide and 405 feet high.

How the investment is done for the construction of Virat Ramayana Mandir

All of the temple expenses are met by the small public donations in the form of temple donations which are the profits from the sale of “prasad” and fixed payments for special prayers or any religious ceremonies. According to the Retired IPS Officer of Trust secretary Kunal said that, as all the issues are now resolved after some project changes and several negotiations, the work will be start in full within a few months. The Temple Trustee and the former of Rajasthan High Court Chief Justice S.N. and the event was attended by Jha which was the representatives of the construction company and villager Mohammad Ishtiyaq Khan, who was donated about 18 kattas of land for the project and it was free of charge. The trust has already acquired 100 acres and 25 acres are in the pipeline with money paid. The construction of the grand Ramayan temple involves an estimated cost of ₹500 crore and is funded by the Patna Mahavi Temple Trust.

The architectural design of the Ramayan Temple is inspired by the three famous temples that is the majestic Angkor Wat complex which was in Cambodia, the prestigious Ramanathaswami Temple which was in Rameshwaram and the enchanting Meenakshi Sundareshwarar Temple which was in Madurai all are influenced the unique design of the temple and reflects their  spiritual qualities.

So The foundation has been already acquired about 100 areas and 25 areas which was under construction and the  money has been paid already. They also have received permission from the Green Court and the temple is being built at the Janaki Nagar that will be near Kesaria for structural changes.
