Quick and Delicious Pasta in Just 15 Minutes: A Family Favorite!

Pasta is an Italian-Indian fusion dish. It’s not a traditional dish, but it has been a favorite and is made in almost every Indian home, especially for kids, and it’s a good source of energy and fiber. Pasta is universally associated with Italy and is made with wheat or rice flour. It’s one of the healthy diet foods. Most people like to eat three types of pasta: Penne , Macaroni , and spaghetti. Spaghetti is the most popular in the world. It consists of long and thin noodles, which are paired with sauce. Now let me tell you what ingredients I used to make this pasta recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 cups of  Macaroni pasta
  2. Butter
  3. Capsicum, which helps boost immunity and metabolism.
  4. Chili flakes
  5. Oregano
  6. Black paper
  7. Amul diced cheese, which is a great source of calcium, fat, and protein.
  8. Salt
  9. Milk
  10. Onion
  11. Garlic
  12. Tomato
  13. 3/4 cup broccoli florets
  14. Baby corn (sweet corn) is a good source of vitamin A and phosphorus, which are essential nutrients for a baby’s growth.

Now let me tell you how to take some quick and  easy steps

PREPARATION OF PASTA:

  • First, we need to put 6 cups of water in a large pot to boil pasta. When water begins to boil, add 1 teaspoon salt and then 2 cups of pasta, which is around 200 grams and readily available in the market.
  • Then you need to add 1 teaspoon of oil. Cook the pasta on medium heat. Boil the pasta for 7-8 minutes till it is soft yet cooked.
  • Now take a pan and heat 2 tablespoons of butter. Then add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté for a few minutes. After that, add the chopped capsicum, 1 medium-sized tomato, and broccoli, then sauté that as well.
  • Apart from vegetables, you can also use mushrooms or chicken if you want.

  • Now set the fried vegetables aside in a bowl.
  • Now it’s time to make the white sauce.
  • Take a pan, add 4 tablespoons of butter and flour, and mix very well.
  • Then add salt to taste.
  • Then you need to add 1 cup of milk and keep tossing this mixture until it becomes thicker.
  • Stir the mixture till all the limps are gone.
  • When you can see the white sauce has a perfectly coated consistency, you will know the sauce is ready. That’s the right time to put the boiled pasta along with the vegetables and baby corn. Then mix them all together.
  • Then add some oregano, black paper, and amul diced cheese.
  • Now it’s fully cooked.Stir the pasta and the sauce until the sauce is completely coated with the pasta.

 

Now the hot, testy dish is ready to serve. For garnishing, you need to add chili flakes. It looks very flavorful. You can serve it hot.  This pasta is a very delicious food.
