The screen is bright with up to 680 nits of brightness and a 120 Hz refresh rate for smooth movement and animation. The panel is also protected by a layer of panda glass. The smartphone also has an ultrasound feature that OPPO has recently integrated into the device. This means you can listen to music, podcasts and audio at significantly higher volumes without headphones. The screen maintains its FHD resolution, which is not bad for today’s mid-range smartphones.

The Software Performance of the Phone

The Oppo F23 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G processor, which is one of the best mid-range chipsets. It also has 8GB of virtual RAM and 8GB of internal RAM for easy multitasking. In addition, the Adreno 619 GPU will surely improve the graphics performance of your device. It also runs on Android v13  with a custom ColorOS 13.1 UI. In terms of performance, the device is decent, not the best, but decent. OPPO has opted for the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC. It can also be found in the similarly priced Samsung Galaxy A23 5G. While the chipset is functional, it would be better if OPPO used its Snapdragon 778G. But I think one of the reasons OPPO went with the Snapdragon 695 was because the company wanted a more powerful chip instead of a more powerful one. The premise of this device is better battery life, not a better camera or better performance. So be careful if you try it. Anyway, it’s amazing that this phone comes with 4 years of Android updates and 5 years of security updates. As a mid-ranger, it has had excellent software support for years, which makes this smartphone a very special choice compared to its competitors.

Camera

On the back of the phone is a triple camera system consisting of a 64-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel monochrome camera and a 2-megapixel autofocus microscope camera. The main sensor can be used to take wide-angle photos and the other two can be used to click portraits and close-up photos. The phone has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera that makes selfies and video chats easy.
