Introduction

Facial toning, often known as facial training, is a beauty methodology or exercise tool that enhances face shapes by enhancing the tone of muscles and cheekbones through muscular expansion while avoiding muscle loss caused by age or facial degeneration. Facial toning and exercise are therefore part of the treatment for facial rejuvenation that reduces wrinkles, sagging, and expression markings on the face and skin. Facial massage is performed as physical therapy for stroke sufferers as well as individuals suffering from facial paralysis, such as Bell’s palsy. Face toning accomplishes this through face muscle exercise. Facial toning exercises are classified as either vigorous or passive.
